The Longest Day

Today is Midsummer, the Solstice. It’s the longest day of the year. I stayed up all night last night, partly with the intention of seeing the first light of the Midsummer Sun, partly just because of stress and hypothyroid induced insomnia. I wish I could say I had something special planned, but I really don’t. I just want to relax. I’m probably going to write a bit on my stories. I may even post some of the old poems I dug off my dead computer. You never know. 😉
